An annual weekend of astronomy, jointly hosted by the Astronomical Society of Victoria and the Astronomical Society of South Australia, held at the Little Desert Nature Lodge about 16km south of the town of Nhill in western Victoria, Australia.

Oregon Star Party

Oregon Star Party is spread across 40 acres at Indian Trail Spring. This is a primitive site with an elevation of over 5,000 feet and an unobstructed 360 degree horizon. Oregon Star Party is considered to have the darkest skies of any major star party in the continental United States.

Table Mountain Star Party

Each year the Table Mountain Star Party event is held in July or August (usually July) depending on the weather and the phase of the moon.

Table Mountain Star Party offers speakers, workshops, seminars, a swap meet, a young astronomer program, door prize drawings for both students and adults, and much more to enrich your experience. During the day, in addition to astronomical programming, there are beautiful areas to hike and explore.

Skellig Star Party 2016

The annual Skellig Star Party is held in Europe’s only Gold Tier Dark Sky Reserve – the Kerry International Dark Sky reserve in the South West of Ireland.
